Terms and Conditions for Supplier Registration
By submitting your application to become a supplier for JCB India Ltd., you agree to
the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must be legally registered business entities with valid certifications and
licenses.
- All required documents listed in the Document Checklist must be submitted for the
application to be considered.
2. Accuracy of Information
- All information provided in the application must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- JCB India Ltd. reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted information
and documents.
3. Evaluation Process
- Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or onboarding.
- Applications will be evaluated based on JCB’s current business needs, compliance standards,
and strategic alignment.
- JCB India Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion
without providing specific reasons.
4.Confidentiality
- All information shared by JCB India Ltd. during the evaluation process must be treated as
confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
5. Compliance Requirements
- Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and JCB’s internal policies,
including but not limited to:
- Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
- ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Ethical business practices and anti-corruption policies
6. No Obligation
- Submission of an application or participation in the evaluation process does not create any
binding obligation on JCB India Ltd. to enter into a supplier agreement.
7. Changes to Terms
- JCB India Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without
prior notice. Continued participation in the registration process implies acceptance of the
updated terms.
